The Retreat
The Retreat at Sandy Creek is ready for your family! This house features a great room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, 2 outdoor living spaces, sunroom, firepit, and game room. 5 large bedrooms and a "bunk room". Enjoy the covered boat house, swimming deck, and covered boat skip and jet ski slips to complete your vacation.
Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen
Step into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all of the tools necessary to prepare the meal of your choice utilizing gas stoves and ovens. Featuring a walk in panty, two ovens, smart refrigerator/freezer, Kureg and regular coffee pot, microwave, blender, toaster, and all other basic appliances. Place settings for at least 18.

The dining room offers spacious seating for 8 guests.
Sunroom
The sunroom offers a relaxing area right off the kitchen and great room with beautiful views of Lake Martin.
Great Room
At the center of the house is the Great Room. It has a gas fire place, WIFI enabled smart TV, and a power reclining couch.
Game Room
Step into the game room with a professional pool table, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, game table, and easy access to outdoor living area.
Upper Deck
This is an idyllic space to spend your time while taking in the view of Lake Martin. It features outdoor living furniture, a gas grill, and outdoor umbrellas.
Outdoor Living Area
Spend your time in this relaxing, covered space. It features a large fireplace, WIFI enabled tv. full grilling station, outdoor eating area, and outdoor heaters.
Fire Pit
Enjoy your evening by the lake front fire pit with plenty of seating and supplied fire wood.
Boat House
Take advantage of the two slip covered boat house with swimming platform and jet ski docks. The boat house features a porch swing, mini fridge, swim lights, and a boat lifts.
Lighthouse Room
The Lighthouse Room offers a walk in closet, ample drawer space, access to the primary bath, a king size bed, and a beautiful lake view. The Lighthouse Bathroom comes complete with a constant heat large soaking jacuzzi tub, large multiple jet walk in shower, double vanity, hairdryer, and a very large walk in closet.
Kowaliga Room
The Kowaliga Room has a king sized bed, plenty of storage, connects to a "Jack and Jill" bathroom, and offers a beautiful view of the lake.
Jack and Jill Bath
The jack and jill bathroom has a large walk in shower with multiple jets, large walk in closet, hairdryer, and a double vanity.
Chimney Rock Room
The Chimney Rock Room has a king sized bed, plenty of storage, and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The Tower Room
The Tower Room is located on the upper level, the loft has a queen sized bed and a twin bed. It has its own heating and air unit, and plenty of storage.
Talapoosa Room
The Talapoosa Room is located on the lower level between the bunk room and the game room. It has a queen sized bed, plenty of storage, and easy access to the game room and outdoor living area.
The Downstairs Bath
On the lower level there is a full bathroom with double vanity, hairdryer, and shower/tub combination.
The Bunk Room
On the lower level is a bunk room equipped for four people.
The Laundry Room
For your convivence there is a full laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board,
